Did you know that graffiti is the single most destructive property crime in Southern Nevada and across the nation? This type of vandalism causes millions of dollars in damages each year.
In Clark County, most of the walls and fences are private property including those facing public streets. Clark County’s Graffiti Abatement Program assists with the removal of graffiti vandalism from private residential properties. We may also assist with the removal of graffiti vandalism from commercial properties, including apartments, townhomes, condominiums, gated communities, and power easements. Please note graffiti on utility boxes and mailboxes is the responsibility of the appropriate agency.
To report Graffiti citizens are encouraged to call the
Clark County Graffiti Hotline at (702) 455-4509 or submit an online request at
https://www.ClarkCountyNV.gov/FixIt_Clark_County. These graffiti reports are then forwarded to the appropriate entity for abatement.
What You Can Do To Help If you know of people in your school or neighborhood who tag, report them right away. You'll be doing an important service for your community, and a favor to the taggers by helping them overcome a destructive habit.
