NOTE:
- Commercial Projects have a valuation of $250,000 or greater.
- Commercial Minor have a valuation less than $250,000 and do not qualify for the 7 day queue.
- Commercial 7 Day must have Zoning approval and a valuation less than $100,000.
- Residential Minor are all residential projects that are not standard plans or custom homes.
- Phased Projects must be approved through a Phased Design Agreement
