Clark County Building and Fire Prevention Records is committed to providing access to public records either in person or by email in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 239. All public records, of which are not otherwise declared by law to be confidential, shall be open for inspection or to obtain copies Monday - Thursday at the Clark County Building Department Records counter located at 4701 W. Russell Rd. Las Vegas, Nevada 89118, during our business hours 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (excluding holidays). All customers are required to fill out a records request form and, in some cases, may be required to provide additional forms and ID.
