NOTE: On August 2, 2023 the Board approved a rewrite of Title 30 in its entirety with an effective date of January 1, 2024, which may be found here. Applications will be reviewed for conformance with the regulations in place at the time of application submittal. The applicant must ensure compliance with all code requirements.
Prior to January 1, 2024, an applicant may voluntarily elect to be reviewed and submitted in accordance with the rewrite of Title 30, however, action on said application cannot occur until after January 1, 2024.
