PbK Transition
The Clark County District Attorney's Office will transition to a new Case Management System (CMS) called
Prosecutor by Karpel (PbK) on August 12th, 2024. Beginning with this new implementation, Law Enforcement will be required to use the new Law Enforcement Portal to submit cases to the DA for review.

Find written instructions and video tutorials for how to use the new Law Enforcement Portal below.

eSubpoena and JusticeWeb Processes
This message is to inform you about upcoming changes regarding our eSubpoena and JusticeWeb processes.

  • Subpoenas will no longer be added to the eSubpoena system following the night of August 7th.  The eSubpoena site will remain operational until September 4th, after which point it will be decommissioned.
  • JusticeWeb will be decommissioned effective August 12th, 2024.
Moving forward the new Law Enforcement Portal will allow users access to limited data in our case management system. Users can look up limited information about defendants, attach electronic files to cases, be electronically subpoenaed via the system, and create referrals for their office. Detailed instructions on how to access and utilize the new Law Enforcement Portal and the changed subpoena process can be found below.

We understand that this transition may require some adjustments, and we are committed to providing you with the necessary support and training to ensure a smooth migration. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this change, please do not hesitate to reach out to Jacob Villani, Jacob.Villani@clarkcountydanv.gov or 702-671-2661. Your cooperation and support during this transition period are greatly appreciated.
