This is a request only and not a guarantee of review.  If your requested date has passed and you still wish to have an express or overtime review, you will need to submit a new form.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a review, these are processed based on current workload. 

A submitted request, also, does not authorize you to begin work or hold an event without approved plans. 

Please remember Fire Plans Check operating hours are MONDAY thru FRIDAY 0700-1700, Excluding any holidays.
