NOT PERMITTED ON SPORTS FIELDS: moving bases, field staking, grills on grass, alcohol, glass, confetti, sunflower seeds, banners, animals/petting zoo, inflatables/bounce houses/amusement rides, amplified sound, drones, and vehicles on fields
PERMIT UPDATES: Future updates to your schedule must be emailed by Thursdays before 10:00am for the following week. Please note, changes will not be made if these updates are not received by these deadlines.
CANCELLATIONS: We ask that Tuesday-Thursday cancellations are made 24-hrs prior to the reservation, Friday-Monday cancellations to be made by Thursdays before 10:00am. Please note, cancellations will not be made if these updates are not received by these deadlines.
LEAGUE INVOICING: Invoicing is monthly. At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice that will be due the following month. For example, August fields and lights will be due in September. If payment is not made by the due date, your organization may be subject to be under bad standing and your current and future permits will be suspended.
TOURNAMNET INVOICING: Once we receive all of the required documentation and information, we will send an invoice with a due date. Changes will not be made after an invoice is sent. Payments must be made in person. Permits will not be issued without proper documentation and payment.
PAYMENTS: Payment Options are in person, by check, or online. You must pay by the deadline. If payment is not made by the due date, your organization may be subject to be under bad standing and your current and future permits will be suspended. *Online payments require signed receipt to be returned*
INCLEMENT WEATHER: In case of inclement weather (i.e. rain, wind advisory or heat warning), it is up to the permit holder's discretion. If heavy rain is expected, please cancel field usage as damage to the field may result in field closures due to damage. We do ask that these same-day cancellations due to intermittent weather are made by 2p.
PARK POLICE/LVMPD: If Park Police are needed during your permitted reservation for a permit dispute, please call 311 (non-emergency) to be dispatched to Park Police. If the situation is life-threatening, call 911 (emergency) to reach LVMPD. ***Please note that our system does not allow for double booking, you must have your permit available to provide to Park Police***
FIELD ISSUES: Please e-mail CCPRSports@clarkcountynv.gov a date and time stamped photo with any light issues, field damage, sprinkler, and/or locked field issues within 24-hrs of your permitted reservation. ***Please note that lights are programmed based on your permitted times and the Maxicom Light Schedule***
