Traffic Control Plans

Per Clark County Code, a Traffic Control Plan (TCP) shall be issued for the purposes of highway safety and to provide the orderly movement of all road users in Clark County. Please review the following procedures and guidelines for more information.

When an Emergency repair requires the use of temporary traffic control, Clark County Public Works Construction Management-Development Division must be notified.  Notification can be made via telephone at (702)-455-5136.

Expedited Review
Be advised that Expedited Reviews are available on a case by case basis.  Should you need to expedite your review please contact Permitting/Traffic prior to submittal to receive formal acceptance of the request.  Acceptance notification to be included with submittal package.  Any and all fees are to be paid at the time of submittal.
