Clark County Public Works awards professional services contracts using a qualifications-based selection process called the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). The current SOQ rankings list was approved by the Board of County Commissioners in December 2023 and is effective January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2025.

The Public Works SOQ submittal period was open in the Summer of 2023 and is now closed. The next open submittal period is anticipated in the Summer of 2025.
