Anyone may purchase a copy of any document (official record) that has been recorded at the Clark County Recorder's Office.
Order Online:
- Use the link above and sign up for an account
- Search for the record by parcel number (APN), instrument number, or name
- Add the document to cart (select "certified" when dialog box pops up, if applicable)
- Checkout
- Pay to complete order - the fees are $1 per page and $4 to certify per document (not per page), plus transaction fee*
*Each online order transaction is charged a processing fee of 2% of the transaction total plus $1.25. There is a high security feature in place when paying for your order - please make sure the billing address and zip code match the address and zip code associated with the card used.
Email Delivery: PDF is sent via email within 1-2 business days (Monday-Thursday)
Paper Delivery: Document(s) will be mailed via standard USPS mail at no additional cost
- Domestic Orders: please allow 7-10 business days for the ordered document(s) to be delivered
- International Orders: please allow up to 6 weeks for the ordered document(s) to be delivered

- Credit or debit cards are the only excepted form of payment through the website
