How to purchase a Recorded Document
Previously, our office has mailed paper copies, both plain and certified, of purchased recorded documents.   Delivery via the United States Postal Service took anywhere from 7 to 10 business days.

We are now offering an innovative service that allows these purchases to be emailed and received within minutes, and it requires no special technology besides the ability to view a .PDF.  We have partnered with Titan Seal, a California blockchain company in order to provide copies of recorded documents to any who needs or request a certified copy.

How do I get one?
When you order a recorded document online from the Recorder's Office Ecommerce site, you will have the option for delivery of using the Postal service which can take up to 7 - 10 business days or email.  The email delivery will use the blockchain technology to ensure secure delivery to you.
