Clark County Social Service’s Adult Care Unit (formally known as the Senior Unit) provides care and support to individuals 18 years of age and older that are in need of long-term care assistance from a skilled nursing facility (SNF), group home or adult day care facility or in home services from a personal care agency (PCA). Collectively this array of service providers is known as adult care agencies.
