The Board of Clark County Commissioners passed a resolution on April 16, 2024 establishing the Rural Alliance Advisory Committee for the purpose of gathering input from rural community residents regarding County-driven issues that may directly impact a "rural area."  Rural Areas/Communities are those comprised of residential neighborhoods with two (2) dwelling units per acre or less, areas designated with a rural neighborhood preservation overlay, and other spaces that are rural in nature with boundaries within Clark County's Master Plan.

The advisory committee will consist of eight (8) members comprised of a representative from the Northwest Area Residents Association and a representative from each Commission District in Clark County. The committee began meeting in 2024.

We are currently looking to appoint representatives to the following Commission District for the RAAC:

• Commission District E
• Commission District D
• Commission District G
