The Permit Now Program provides a voluntary alternative to the Clark County Building Department (CCBD) building plan review process by allowing a single Registered Design Professional (RDP) involved with the design of a project to take responsibility for code compliance and attest that the construction documents comply with the Building Code of Clark County.
