Goodspringsbadge_modThe Constable's Office is one of the oldest law enforcement agencies in the state of Nevada. The Constable is elected and serves a four-year term. Under state law, the Constable is a peace officer, serving a vital role in the legal process by, among other responsibilities, executing court orders in civil and criminal matters, small claims and evictions.

Constable Kristina Trybul was elected to the office on Nov. 8, 2022. She is the first female constable ever elected in Clark County. She has lived in Sandy Valley for six years. She relocated to the area from Michigan where she was a Correctional Officer with the State of Michigan for 13 years. She also worked with the Department of Homeland Security and served as a Crime Victim Trial Advocate for the Third Judicial Circuit Court Prosecutor's Office in Detroit, Michigan. 

She attended the University of Michigan where she studied Criminal Justice and Psychology. She enjoys the rural ranching community of Sandy Valley and is looking forward to serving the community and surrounding areas.
