In a milestone moment for the Historic Westside, Clark County Commissioner William McCurdy II and development partner Brinshore Development will break ground on a first-of-its-kind mixed-use development combining high-quality, workforce housing with retail, office space, small business support and a dedicated maker space for entrepreneurs on Thursday, March 20 at 10 a.m. PT. This transformative $53 million investment will create new housing and business development opportunities in the heart of the West Las Vegas community. The public is invited to join this historic celebration featuring live entertainment and refreshments. Community members should RSVP here.

This innovative development will feature 76 housing units and over 20,000 square feet of retail, office, restaurant and entrepreneur space. The project aims to foster entrepreneurship while providing quality housing for Clark County residents earning 80% or below the area median income. On the residential side, the 76 units will offer studios and one- to three-bedroom options with rent at approximately $900 to $1800 monthly. The project is expected to be complete by 2026. The development's strategic location next to the Las Vegas Culinary Academy and Nevada Partners creates unique opportunities for workforce development and business incubation.
